You can register for each class about two months before it starts. Registration opens on the first business day of the month.
For example:
October classes: Registration opens in early August.
November classes: Registration opens September 1.

These classes are open to people currently employed at one of our 15 partner employers.

Navigate to the Explore Training Programs page and click on the tile of the class that interests you. From there you can read more about the class and complete the registration form.

Class registration opens two months in advance. Culinary Intermediate will be offered for the first time in December which means that registration will open on October 1.

The next time we plan to offer the Prep Table will be summer of 2027. More information will be coming out in spring of 2027. In the meantime, check out the Jobs with Partner Employers page for current openings.

Stipends take a little bit to process as there is some administrative steps to complete first. Plan on receiving your check four weeks after the end of your class.
